Job Description

 We are looking for the right individual to do estimating of Landscape Maintenance for HOA’s, Apartments and Commercial properties along with Landscape installations and Enhancements. This person would also build proposals, submit them and network to gain more opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Generate leads for HOA’s, Apartments and Commercial properties for Landscape Maintenance, installation, enhancements, etc.

·         Estimate all opportunities in a timely fashion.

·         Submit estimates to the proper people.

·         Develop relationships with clients to gain more opportunities.

·         Sell the job to the client.

·         Final inspection of all jobs to close out properly.

Education Requirements/Preferences

·         Ability to work with Excel and Word preferred.

·         CLT is preferred but not required.

Other Requirements/Preferences

·         Extensive knowledge in all areas of landscaping (quick learners will not be considered).

·         Valid Colorado driver’s license.

·         Clean driving record.

·         Ability to gain the trust and respect of clients.

·         Ability to deliver proper services at proper pricing.

·         Must see to it that jobs are completed properly and on time.

·         Communicates with company managers regarding specific struggles with clients, crew leaders, etc.

·         Sales goals to be 15-30% per quarter and 20% annually minimum.

·         Have existing network if possible.

·         Must honor any and all NON-COMPETE agreements with previous employers.

Compensation

·         $45/yr. base salary with bonuses and commission.

·         One week of paid vacation for every quarter that sales goals are met.
